I am available for hire as a freelance php coder or php webmaster on hourly basis. You can hire me for a few hours small job, or weeks-long projects. If your project is clearly outlined and all the details and requirements are neatly provided, I can give you a fixed per project quote. And you will never pay more than you expected for your project. As I’m not a big development house, I can afford to keep my freelance rates low and provide PHP/MySQL and other web services at a fraction of what other web design companies charge.
